The Royal Highlands Community is located on Highway 27, between the north and south Floirda Turnpike exits. The entrance is at the stoplight of Highway 27 and Monarch Blvd.

If traveling north on the Turnpike, take exit 285. and head north for about 3 miles toward Leesburg and turn left at the stoplight onto Monarch Blvd. If coming south take exit 289 and head sourth for about 1/2 mile to the stoplight, turn right.

If coming from the Clermont area, head north on Highway 27 for about 12 miles, and from Leesburg go south on Highway 27 approximately 11 miles
